About Secure Storage Inc
A mom and pop operation on Cape Cod, Secure Storage Inc has been locally owned since 1984. Units come in 7 sizes, all at ground level, and most open with big overhead doors you can drive right up to. Floors are raised concrete with 9 foot ceilings, which helps keep moisture and dirt down. Reviewers keep coming back to the same points. The property is clean and well lit at night, the gated system works, and the people are quick to help. One customer of over five years mentions adding a unit temporarily and getting access hours extended. Another stored a fishing boat for two years and appreciated a call when the cover ripped. A third calls it worlds better than the national chains. Not every story is smooth. One reviewer describes a wait list offer that fell apart the next morning over a mix-up. Still, 22 Google reviews average 4.4, and the staff get most of the credit.
