About Safe Space Storage
Safe Space Storage sits at 3901 S Padre Island Dr, where SPID meets Weber Rd, a short drive from Del Mar College. The mix here runs wider than other Safe Space locations in town: indoor climate-controlled units on multiple floors, a few drive-up units, and vehicle parking spaces for rigs that stay outside. Heavy move-ins get some help. Passenger elevators, free moving carts, and a loading dock handle the load, and electronic gated access with personal entry codes plus 24-hour video recording cover the property. Leases run month to month, and you can reserve online. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Diana, Mimi, and Nahemie come up by name for walking people through rentals and finding bigger units that fit a budget. The 4.8 rating across 197 reviews backs that up, though one reviewer reported a hole cut in the fence ceiling and said no one called back. It's also a Kure It Certified location, so rentals help fund cancer research.
