About Rush County Storage
Rush County Storage runs three locations in Rushville, and RV and boat owners get covered spots rather than open pavement. Cameras are part of the setup. Hours are posted, so it is not a 24/7 gate. Reviews land at 4.2 stars across 23 Google ratings, and the help desk gets most of the credit. People mention a staffer who knew the units well and found the size they asked for, and one reviewer said they have never had trouble and get treated with respect. Quick replies to questions come up too. Access is described as easy, with no hassle getting to your things. The complaints are worth knowing. One reviewer said missing a payment and asking to split it across pay periods got no flexibility. Another pointed to new management, Hometown Storage, as the reason renting got easier, so the front office has changed hands at some point. If you are storing a rig, ask about covered availability and payment terms before you sign.
