About Route 37 Self Storage
Route 37 Self Storage sits in Marion, Illinois, and rents outdoor spots for RVs, boats and cars alongside regular storage units. The office keeps posted hours, so this is not a 24/7 operation. You can rent online or call ahead if you have questions. Reviews land at 4.5 stars across 24 of them, and the staff come up again and again. People describe Alex, Jordan and Ally as friendly and quick to help, and one long-time renter says a problem got handled without a fuss. Someone else mentions buying a lock at the desk instead of bringing their own. Not every review is warm. One customer says the gate was left open with no one on site, and that a break-in went unanswered by text and email. Worth reading both sides before you sign. The positive reviews lean hard on the people running the place.
