About Rocky State Storage
Rocky State Storage sits on CO-25 in Milliken, serving Johnstown and Greeley too. For RV owners it means outdoor parking spots for rigs plus boats, trailers, and vehicles. The lot is keypad-gated, lit, and covered by 24/7 video surveillance, with wide drive aisles that make swinging a longer setup less of a chore. Rentals run month to month, and you can set most of it up online and pay through the portal. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else, with Ryan and John named for walking people through paperwork and picking a unit size without pressure. Others mention fair pricing and an easy setup. Not every review is glowing. One person reported animal waste in a unit and didn't get reimbursement, and another had mice damage belongings after a long stay. The newer owners got credit from one long-term renter for handling complaints. Worth reading through before you commit.
