About Rainbow Self-Storage
Rainbow Self-Storage runs several locations around Eureka, and RVs and trailers are part of what they take. Reviewers mention fitting large vehicles at the sites they have used, and one notes it was easy to get the unit size they wanted. People write about the staff in both directions. Plenty call them friendly, down to earth and respectful, and say the process went easy. Others describe rude encounters at the Broadway office, so the counter experience seems to depend on who is working. Cleanliness and a safe feel come up often, and one renter liked having a person on site. A long-term renter of ten years reported no issues, though the same review mentions trouble with a manager after offices consolidated. Another found rust and mold in an upstairs unit. The company says it is under new management.
