About Pyramid Self Storage
Pyramid Self Storage sits in Sparks, a short drive from Reno, Spanish Springs and Sun Valley, with easy access from I-80 and I-580. The facility handles indoor RV and boat storage along with regular self storage. It's gated, well lit, and has cameras plus electronic building access with a security code. Reviewers often mention the manager, Stan, by name. People describe him as honest, helpful and organized, and several say the customer service is the best they've dealt with in the industry. Others point to the clean property, fair pricing that doesn't jump every few months, and 24 hour access as reasons they stay. Snow removal and elevators come up too. The negative reviews are worth reading. A few people report items missing from their units and say the owner was hard to deal with. Others had a smooth experience from start to finish. The 4.4 rating across 102 reviews reflects that mix.
