About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Telegraph Road in Woodbridge is a self-storage spot that also handles vehicle and boat storage, with indoor units among the options. Climate control and 24/7 access come up in the listing. The place sits at a 4.9 from 368 Google reviews, which is a lot of feedback for a storage yard. Reviewers keep naming the staff. Peggy gets singled out for knowing the system cold and walking someone through a unit mix-up. Others mention Julia explaining everything before keys changed hands, and Ana helping a customer switch to a bigger unit without friction. A few note the property and units are clean, and the online rental drew praise for speed. One reviewer did push back, saying a rented 10x10 measured closer to 7.9x10, and a gate outage left several cars stuck on the way out. Worth reading the details yourself before you sign. The office does not run around the clock, so call ahead if you need a person rather than the online rental path.
