Public Storage

About Public Storage

This Wilmington Public Storage sits in the South Bay and rents units from small 5x10 lockers up to large 10x30 spaces, with vehicle and boat parking listed among its categories. The office runs on posted hours rather than round-the-clock access. Online rental is an option if you'd rather skip the counter, and staff call to confirm before you come look at a unit. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. One manager stayed on site to walk a customer to their spot and wait until they got in. Another reached out to other managers and district leaders to find a renter a place for a loaded vehicle when nearby locations weren't picking up the phone. Janine gets named for keeping the property clean and handling problems fast, and Chris and Carmen show up as friendly and patient during rentals. A few reviews mention help with gate codes and the security cameras around the property. Others note a stubborn unit door and a maintenance worker who stepped in even as his shift ended. The 4.8 rating comes from 798 Google reviews.
