About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Webster handles more than just household goods. They rent covered, indoor, and outdoor spaces for RVs, boats, and cars, plus standard self-storage units. The place is gated with keypad access and lit, and the office is open regular hours rather than around the clock. Reviewers often bring up Sarah at the front desk. People say she is helpful, kind, and knows the units well. One customer mentioned she made the rental process easy and another said she was there when they forgot their gate code or key. The facility also gets called secure and new by several reviewers. Not every review is positive. One person complained about the front gate not working and said they had to drive to another entrance. Another mentioned carts for loading and unloading, and management did respond and add more. With 745 reviews and a 4.8 rating, most people seem satisfied. If you need a spot for your rig in Webster, this is one to check out.
