About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Washington and handles more than self-storage. The listings include covered, indoor and outdoor space, plus parking for RVs, boats and cars. The lot is gated with keypad access and lit, and there's an on-site manager. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else, and Donna gets named a lot. People describe her as patient and helpful, the kind of person who sorts out a problem fast and knows customers by name. Others mention a clean, safe facility. A few reviews tell a different story, with complaints about billing and a front desk that wasn't staffed when someone needed it. Reserving online is free, and the eRental option lets you skip the counter. There's a moving supply store if you're short on boxes. Hours are posted, so check them before you haul over.
