About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Moody Street in Waltham. It's an indoor, climate-controlled facility, and the units listed run from 5x15 up to 10x30, some on the ground floor and some reached by elevator. Access is 24/7, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. You can reserve online for free with no commitment, and there's an eRental option if you'd rather skip the counter. Staff get most of the mentions in reviews, and the names that come up are Ralph, Alf and Tom. People describe them as helpful and easy to work with, and several mention a smooth rental process. Others point to packing supplies on site and rates for new customers. Not everything in the reviews is warm. Rent increases come up more than any other topic, including a couple of large jumps soon after move-in. Reviewers also mention mice in units and hallways, elevators out of service, and water damage from an A/C leak. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you sign.
