About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Balboa Blvd near Roscoe in Van Nuys. Reviewers keep bringing up Javier, the property manager, by name. They say he's patient, explains pricing and unit sizes without pressure, and made moving from a bigger unit to a smaller one simple. Cynthia gets mentioned too, for walking someone through everything and handing out water on a hot day. The property itself comes up as clean and well run in review after review. Staff are called courteous and helpful, and the gate is electronic with keypad access. You can store an RV, boat, or car here, and there's drive-up access if you want to pull right to your space. Covered, indoor, and outdoor options are all mentioned. The lot is lit and gated, with a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking. For RV owners, the reviews point to a spot where the people running it actually answer questions. Reservations can be made online, and there's an eRental option to skip the counter.
