About Public Storage
Public Storage on Franklin in Tustin runs a busy self-storage site with a 4.8 rating across more than 500 Google reviews. The property handles indoor units plus outside drive-up spaces, including a 10x30 that takes a boat or vehicle, so it covers both household overflow and rig parking. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Miriam, the property manager, gets named a lot for walking people through the app, payments, and unit questions, and one reviewer said she even got a stuck rollup door working again. People also mention quick rentals, a clean property, and help finding the right unit. There is a flip side: one reviewer had a bad run-in with a regional manager over an unresolved problem. Gate access is available at all hours, and you can start a rental online and head straight to the unit. The site is wheelchair accessible, with parking and an entrance to match. Call ahead if you need a specific size.
