About Public Storage
This Tampa Public Storage handles both indoor units and outside parking, so there's room for an RV, boat or trailer alongside the usual household goods. The outdoor spots are drive-up and uncovered, and some enclosed outside units come with rollup doors. Indoor options run up to 10x30, ground floor, climate controlled, some near a door or elevator. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Margie gets named for being friendly and quick to call back, and Keith for walking people through units and answering questions. One trailer owner said the rate got them in the door but the people will keep them there. Others liked that the gate runs on Bluetooth through the app, so no codes to remember. Not every review is glowing. One person reported pests and damage in their unit, and another said billing and autopay issues dragged on after they moved out. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit. The property is wheelchair accessible and open 24/7.
