About Public Storage
Public Storage on Apalachee Parkway offers uncovered outdoor parking for RVs and campers, along with drive-up units and climate controlled spaces inside. The lot is gated and open 24/7, so you can pull in or out on your own schedule. Online rental lets you skip the counter and go straight to your space. Reviewers bring up the staff by name, and the kind words repeat: helpful, patient, quick to explain things. One out-of-state student who stores belongings here every summer said the process was simple and quick. Others mention clean units and clean grounds, and a few note the gated lot and the safe feel of the place. Not every review is glowing. One renter wrote about a ceiling leak that went unfixed over two years and billing confusion after moving out. Worth reading through the reviews yourself before you commit. The facility is wheelchair accessible, and the ratings sit at 4.7 across 431 reviews.
