About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Sunnyvale and runs 24/7, so you can get to your unit on your own schedule. The office handles both self-storage and vehicle storage, and the company has been at it for close to 50 years. Reviewers talk about the manager, Taslima, more than anything else. People describe her as friendly and patient, letting them check whether a unit was big enough before they bought. Others mention clear explanations and a quick check-in, plus carts and an elevator that make moving stuff easier. The complaints are worth knowing. A few reviewers saw their rent climb sharply within a year, and one mentioned mice and a smell. Others said staff weren't always on site during posted hours. Ratings land at 4.7 from 326 reviews, so most people come away satisfied. If rates matter to you, ask how they've moved over time before you sign.
