About Public Storage
Public Storage on Broad Street in Sumter keeps vehicles behind a patrolled perimeter, and reviewers notice. Covered and indoor spaces show up in the listings, along with drive-up access and units that fit cars and boats as well as RVs. You can get in any hour of the day or night. The reviews lean heavily on the staff. Ashley comes up again and again, described as patient, knowledgeable, and willing to stay late to finish a rental. One customer of about three years said they rested easy knowing the lot was watched. Others called the process easy during a hectic move. Renting is free to reserve with no commitment, and an online eRental option lets you skip the counter and go straight to your space. Sizes run from 5x10 up to 10x20, some enclosed with rollup doors. The company says it has offered the same personal attention for nearly 50 years.
