About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Summerville and handles more than boxes. There is large outdoor parking, uncovered, with drive up access for rigs, and indoor units in 10x15 and 10x20 sizes, some of them climate controlled. Ground floor and elevator access options are listed for the inside spaces. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. A lot of the praise names specific employees who helped pick a unit, tracked down a cart, or walked someone to their space. One reviewer mentioned getting late fees waived. Others note the easy rental process and how quick it was to set up a unit on short notice. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about not being able to reach anyone by phone and finding the carts locked up during posted hours. Worth knowing before you go. The place is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking lot. Renting can be done online if you would rather skip the counter.
