About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Stone Mountain, Georgia, and rents units with drive-up access plus 24-hour entry. Some listings are outside with rollup doors. One 10x20 option is enclosed and set up for vehicle parking, which suits an RV. The property is open around the clock. Reviews land at 4.8 stars across 448 Google ratings, and the staff names come up often. Dora gets credit for answering questions and making a renter feel their things would be safe. Alexis sorted out a false charge and walked another customer through sizes and insurance rules. Plenty of people call the staff patient, efficient and welcoming. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer says the rate climbed sharply over time, well above the move-in price. Another describes a manager as rude and unhelpful. The positive notes are louder, and the grounds get called clean. Online rental is available if you would rather skip the counter.
