About Public Storage
Public Storage in Spring Valley handles RVs, boats, and cars alongside regular self-storage. The place is gated and lit, with keypad entry and 24/7 access, so you can get to your rig when it suits you. They offer covered, indoor, and outdoor storage, plus drive-up access for easy loading. Reviewers keep mentioning Jhon and Ashley by name. The helpful staff get a lot of praise, especially for walking people through the app and making rentals quick. One person said the whole process was smooth and quick. Another appreciated the personal attention when reserving. The helpful manager shows up in 20 reviews. Not every review is glowing. Someone complained about waiting hours for service, and another had ceiling debris damage their belongings. The team seems to shine when they're there, but staffing gaps have frustrated some visitors. Worth checking current conditions before you commit.
