About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on County Line Road in Spring Hill, and the reviews back up the 4.8 rating from more than 300 people. The staff names come up again and again. Reviewers describe Savannah and Veronica as patient and helpful, and one person said they arrived stressed about a short-notice move and left feeling better. The units include climate-controlled indoor spaces and outside units with drive-up access and vehicle parking, including 10x20 sizes. Rentals can be handled online, and one reviewer said everything was ready when they got there. A few reviews are less kind, mostly aimed at the company rather than the property. One person had an issue with a charge after moving out, another found the manager hard to reach about an auction unit. The property itself gets called clean in the reviews.
