About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Southington with both indoor and outdoor units, and several of the outdoor spaces are set up for vehicle parking with drive-up access. If you are parking a rig, the drive-up layout is the part worth noting. Gate access runs around the clock. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Sarah, Sterling, Ron and a district manager named Matthew get named for being patient and accommodating, and one long-term customer of nearly 10 years said they would seek the place out again. Others describe the rental process as quick and the front desk as informative. The welcoming atmosphere shows up again and again in the reviews. Not every review is glowing. One customer called the facility beat and said security was not adequate, mentioning a gate that was hard to open and reports of mice and rats, though they saw no traces themselves. They moved to a newer site. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit.
