About Public Storage
This is a Public Storage location in Santa Clara, and it handles more than just household overflow. The category list covers automobile, boat and RV storage, so it is worth a call if you are hunting for a spot to park a rig. The listed units are drive-up outside spaces at 10x20 and 10x10, plus a smaller 5x5 inside on the first floor. Access runs around the clock, and the property is wheelchair accessible with accessible parking. Reviews lean heavily on the staff. Renters mention Daniel walking them through a one-day move, Tim chasing down tech support when the online application stalled, and Alex explaining paperwork with patience. Mike and Craig both get credit for sorting out lock and key problems. The manager Steve comes up too, described as patient with a long list of questions. A few reviewers note clean units and a simple rental process. Online eRental lets you skip the counter. Reserving is free with no commitment, per the company's own description.

What renters mention
“Public Storage really came through for me when I had 1 day to move. I was so overwhelmed that it was happening so fast and then, I received a call back on a unit I had reserved. The agent, I believe his name was Daniel.” – Kathleen V., 5 months ago, on Google
“Tim was great to work with. He is very customer focused and made the whole experience of renting a space as pleasant as possible.” – Rich C., 6 years ago, on Google
“I would like to thank Mike for helping me get the keys to my unit. I had not been to this unit in several years. There were several changes over the years, where the management had to change the lock and I had not obtained the key.” – Meili G., a year ago, on Google
