About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in San Pablo and handles more than household goods. The listing covers RV, boat and car storage, with covered, indoor and outdoor spots mentioned. Access is through a keypad and electronic gate, the lot is lit, and tenants can get in around the clock. Reviews land at 4.8 stars across 521 Google ratings, and the staff come up often. People describe them as informative, efficient and patient, and several reviews name Trinity and Allen for quick phone rentals and answering questions without pressure. Others point to the elevator and the safe feel of the facility. One reviewer had a rough time with unit sizing and a price that did not match the advertised deal, so measure and confirm before you sign. What renters mention
“Trinity at public storage San Pablo is AWESOME!!! Can’t say enough good things about how professional and kind she was to deal with. She did my rent by phone in no time! It was so easy and made the process stress free!” – Hannah M., a year ago, on Google
“I highly recommend this place if you need a place to store your items as my last storage unit facility wouldn’t let me have 24hr access and also choose this place as it has better prices, which you can have if you pay a bit extra but worth…” – Rehan K., 5 months ago, on Google
“I didn’t end up getting a unit, but I still wanted to leave a review because Allen was incredibly helpful. He was friendly, patient, and answered all my questions without any pressure. Really appreciated the great customer service!” – lyss, 6 months ago, on Google
