About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in San Antonio and rents more than standard self-storage. The listings include outside drive-up units, and the larger 10x20 and 10x30 spaces are marked for vehicle or boat parking. Indoor units are available too if you want your rig out of the weather. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Out of 336 Google reviews at a 4.7 rating, the helpful-staff thread runs through most of them. People name Rachel, Kenneth, Miranda and Thelma for explaining things clearly, returning calls and sorting out problems on the spot. One out-of-town customer said a quick call saved a wasted trip. Not every review is glowing. One long-term renter reported a rat inside the facility and said calls to the manager went unanswered. Worth reading the full reviews yourself before you commit. The property is wheelchair accessible, and online rental lets you skip the counter.
