About Public Storage
On the self-storage side of things, this Roseville spot has climate controlled indoor units in a few sizes, including 10x15 and 10x20 options with ground floor or elevator access. There's also an outside 10x30 enclosed unit with drive-up access that's listed for a boat or vehicle. The place is open 24/7. Reviews run to the staff more than anything else. People bring up Jessica and Britteny by name, and a common thread is that questions get answered. One reviewer said a quick office visit beat a long call to the 800 number. Others mention the facility being clean and the rental process moving fast. Not every review is warm. One person was upset about a late-payment note on their account, and another said the rent went up after 90 days with no notice they could find. Worth reading through the 412 reviews yourself before you sign.
