About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Rockville offers climate-controlled units and 24/7 access. The property is wheelchair accessible, with parking and an entrance. Reviews often mention the staff, especially Eugene, who helped renters compare units and answered questions. People describe the rental process as easy and the property as clean. Not every review is positive. Some long-term customers say rates went up more than once in a short period. One reviewer questioned how climate-controlled the facility really is. Another had a long wait when an elevator broke, though employees let them use a side door to reach their basement unit. The facility rents small units (5x5 and 5x10) with options like elevator access, rollup or swing doors, and ground-floor locations. Online rental lets you skip the counter. Reserving a space is free with no commitment.
