About Public Storage
This Riverdale Public Storage sits on a lot reviewers describe as easy to reach and usually clean. You can pull up to outside units with rollup doors, or step inside for interior units near a door or elevator. Sizes run from small 5x10 up to a 10x30 that takes a boat or vehicle. Staff come up again and again in reviews. People call them pleasant, patient, and kind, and more than one mentions an employee walking them through the whole process. A manager named Shaun got a shoutout for being customer oriented. Entry is wheelchair accessible and the site is open 24/7. One thing to weigh: rodents come up often in reviews, with a few renters reporting droppings, a dead rat, and mold on stored furniture. Others say their units stayed clean. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and eRental lets you skip the counter.
