About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Richmond's self-storage circuit handles more than boxes. The facility lists covered, indoor and outdoor spots, and RV, boat and car storage are all on the menu. Drive up access makes getting a rig in and out less of a production. The property is gated with keypad and electronic gate entry, and access runs 24/7. Reviewers mention a clean environment and a secure facility, and plenty of them single out the staff. Carolyn comes up by name often, described as patient and helpful, with one renter saying she walked them through unit options and pricing. Another notes a quick lock replacement after losing keys. The rating sits at 4.8 across 375 Google reviews. Online rental lets you skip the counter, and the company says it has been at this for nearly 50 years. Worth a drive by if you are weighing options in the area.
