About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Raleigh side runs a straightforward operation. Drive-up units make it easy to pull in and unload, and some spaces are sized for boats or vehicles. Access is 24/7, so you can get to your rig on your own schedule. Reviewers consistently mention the staff, especially Frances, Tiffany, Antonio, and Shawanda. People describe them as patient and helpful, whether troubleshooting a payment or walking through check-in. The property gets called clean and well maintained. One reviewer did flag a rent increase over three years. The location is a kiosk site, so there is not always someone at the desk. If you want to talk to a person, plan around that. Overall, 4.9 stars across 372 reviews.
