About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Plano and handles more than household clutter. Covered, indoor and outdoor storage are all on the list, and boat and RV storage are listed services. The gate uses keypad and electronic access, and the property is open around the clock. Cameras and lighting are part of the setup. Reviews are mixed, and it's worth reading them before you book. The positive ones name Kristie and Rhonda for walking people through unit questions and making the rental easy, and several call the office clean and the staff polite. Smaller units come up often, along with the accessible location. The critical reviews mention maintenance problems: a contactless access system that didn't work, a light out in a unit, water damage and ceiling issues, and no ramps or elevators for upper floors. One reviewer said the stairs are a tradeoff for lower pricing. Booking is free with no commitment, and an online eRental option lets you skip the counter.
