About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Pasadena, and the reviews point hard at one thing: the staff. Alma comes up again and again, described as friendly, patient, and good at walking people through their options without pressure. Reviewers mention questions getting answered, bills getting sorted, and a rental process that moves fast. Units include inside ground-floor spaces and outside units with rollup doors and drive-up access, so you can pull the rig right up. Access runs 24/7, and one reviewer liked opening the gate from a phone app instead of getting out of the car. The rating sits at 4.9 across 417 Google reviews. Not every note is glowing. One long-term renter warns about regular rent increases and calls the model greedy, so read the terms before you settle in. The location is wheelchair accessible, and there is a moving supply store on site.
