About Public Storage
This Omaha Public Storage sits on a large property with both inside units and outdoor parking. For an RV or boat, the fit is the uncovered drive-up parking, so you pull in and park without squeezing through a door. Inside, there are small units from 5x5 up to 5x10. Some are climate controlled, and a few have drive-up access. Reviews often mention DJ and the rest of the staff as helpful and quick to walk people through the process. Others point to the online payment portal, cameras, and clean units. The same reviews aren't all glowing. Some complain about break-ins, gates that don't hold, and a manager who was hard to reach. A few say rates went up over time. The office is staffed, not open around the clock. Reserving online is free and there's an eRental option to skip the counter. The reviews land at 4.0 from 217 people, so read a few before you commit.
