About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Omaha side runs a self-storage site that also takes RVs and boats. Some units are outside with rollup doors and drive-up access, which is what you want if you're parking a rig rather than hauling boxes. Others are inside on the ground floor. Climate control shows up on some indoor units. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Kirsten, Sherlyn, Chris and James get named for being kind and helpful, and one person said they felt like family. Others mention the property staying clean and the atmosphere feeling comfortable. A few note quick help during the rental process and online rental options. Not every review is glowing. One warns to read the contract before renting and says rates went up after a couple of months. The district manager stepped in on another complaint and fixed it fast, which the reviewer appreciated. Access is 24/7 and the entrance and lot are wheelchair accessible. Reserve online or come by.
