About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Ocala and offers outdoor parking plus drive-up units in sizes from 5x5 up to 10x30. The bigger spaces work for boats and vehicles, so there is room for a rig or a trailer alongside regular household storage. Reviewers mention the staff by name, and several describe the team as friendly and helpful. One customer said a staff member saved the day after a mix-up on a second unit. Others note the facility looks clean and organized, and a few mention a smooth move-in process. Not every review is glowing. One renter complained about rate increases over two years and said the same size unit could be had for less elsewhere. Reservations are free with no commitment, and there is an online eRental option if you want to skip the counter.

What renters mention
“Getting our first storage unit was an easy, fast, and very pleasant experience. We realized we needed a second unit and that created some confusion and frustration on both ends. I still gave a 5 star review because Trina saved the day.” – Chris T., 2 years ago, on Google
“My agent, Trina Rene, was very helpful and personable and knows her job well.” – Jim C., 2 years ago, on Google
“When we left Tallahassee to move my mother-in-law's furniture & stuff our truck was fine. The closer we got to Ocala, the truck was not doing well. Our good fortune was to get Justin at the storage facility!” – Mrs. M., Edited 9 months ago, on Google
