About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Oak Park and handles more than household goods. Covered, indoor and outdoor spots are all mentioned, and the service list includes RV, boat, car and business storage, plus drive-up access. The gate runs on keypad and electronic access, the lot is lit, and tenants can get in around the clock. Reviews land at 4.8 stars across 598 of them, and the recurring theme is staff. People name Kam, Samantha, Devin and Shatoria for walking them through units, explaining the paperwork and helping with the app. A few mention the office and building staying clean. One reviewer had a pest complaint and was unhappy about late fees stacking up with no grace period. Worth knowing before you sign. Reserving online is free and the eRental option lets you skip the counter.
