About Public Storage
Public Storage on Radio Road in Naples rents out covered, indoor and outdoor spots, and RVs, boats and cars all fit the lineup. The gate works on a keypad and the property is lit, so you can get in and out at any hour. Reviews point to the staff more than anything else, with several people calling them kind and informative, and one reviewer said a worker had the unit and paperwork ready in about five minutes. The flip side shows up in the negative reviews. A few renters reported roof leaks over their units and said they were asked to pay a transfer fee to move, and one described rodent droppings and a bent door frame on the unit they were given. Others said the office was sometimes empty during posted hours. The rating sits at 4.8 across 651 reviews, so most people came away satisfied. The online setup draws praise, including the app for rentals and access. Climate control is mentioned in the listings, though at least one reviewer disputed it.
