About Public Storage
This Naples Public Storage handles more than boxes. The listing covers covered, indoor, and outdoor spots, and the services list includes RV, boat, car, and business storage. Electronic gate access and keypad entry mean you get in with a code, and the property is lit. Online rental lets you skip the counter, and the site is open 24/7. Reviews run 4.8 stars across 457 ratings, and staff get most of the mentions. Reviewers call out Lacey by name for walking them through reservations and the app at check-in. Others describe the sign-up as simple and the explanations as clear, and a few mention booking at the last minute. Not every review is glowing. Some complain about reaching anyone by phone and about a climate-controlled unit where the AC was down. If you need covered or indoor space for a rig, ask what is available before you reserve. The grounds themselves get called clean and safe in a handful of reviews.
