About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Munster handles more than household overflow. The listings mention covered, indoor and outdoor spaces, plus RV, boat and car storage, so there is a spot for a rig that will not fit in the driveway. The lot is gated and lit, and access runs around the clock. Reviews are mixed on the money side. A few renters complain that rates climbed after they signed and that the office was hard to catch. Others are happier. Helpful staff comes up often, along with cleanliness and an easy rental process. One reviewer said a staff member took time to explain the options instead of pushing a unit. Climate-controlled indoor space is available, along with drive-up access and a keypad gate. The company says reserving online is free with no commitment. If you need a person, though, the reviews suggest calling ahead rather than assuming someone is at the counter.

What renters mention
“Our experience with Simply Self-Storage was excellent. We used the inside climate-controlled area with multiple units over 18 months. The facility was easy to access, well lighted, and clean. We interacted with the staff frequently.” – Jeff H., 3 years ago, on Google
“I walked in and wasn't sure if or how someone could help my unique problem with moving units and/or adjusting the terms of my unit. Iwana listened to my situation and provided a great deal of insight.” – McCartha, 8 months ago, on Google
“I had questions concerning my unit and space. It was the end of the day and Jasmine was on staff. She went out of her way to help. Her customer service was exceptional. This wasn't the first time I encountered her where she was kind.” – Candice S., a year ago, on Google
