About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Morris Plains and rents indoor climate-controlled units plus enclosed outdoor spaces with drive-up access for vehicles and boats. The 10x20 and 10x30 outside units are the ones to ask about if you have a rig to park. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Sophia and Tierney get named a lot for being kind and patient, and Ed gets credit for sorting out a lock problem fast. People describe the place as clean and well kept. The gripes are real too: a few renters mention rate increases, and one long-timer was frustrated by snow in the lot. Someone else had trouble reaching anyone by phone. Access runs 24/7, so you are not tied to office hours. Renting can be done online, and moving supplies are on hand. It is a self-storage facility first, so confirm the vehicle space fits your rig before you commit.
