About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Moraine and handles more than household overflow. The listings include covered, indoor and outdoor storage, and the services cover RV, boat and car parking along with regular self storage. Drive up access is available, and the gate runs on keypad and electronic entry. The property is gated and lit, with 24/7 access for renters. Reviews land at 4.9 stars across 108 of them, and the staff names come up again and again. Scott gets credit for walking people through the rental step by step and explaining how to open the gate from a phone. Crystal and Eric show up too, described as kind and helpful, with one reviewer saying Eric found the right size unit for a BMW. A few people mention shopping around first and picking this place anyway. Not every review is warm. One person complained about not being able to reach anyone by phone during business hours, and said it had happened more than once. Worth knowing before you sign. Online eRental lets you skip the counter, and reserving a space is free with no commitment.
