About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Monroe and handles more than household goods. Covered, indoor, and outdoor spots are all offered, so RVs and boats have options alongside regular self-storage. The property is gated with keypad and electronic entry, and access runs around the clock. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, especially Sarah and Shannon. People describe them as friendly and helpful, quick to answer questions and sort out snags. A few mention getting set up with the storage app. The location and upkeep get kind words too. Not everyone is glowing. One reviewer complained about a rent increase after moving in, dirty conditions, and locked bathrooms, so read the fine print on rates before you sign. Drive up access is available, which helps when you're hauling a rig.
