About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Miami and rents indoor units, with climate controlled options and 24/7 access. Cameras are on site. The 10x10 and larger sizes are outside units with rollup doors and drive up access, so you can pull right to the door. Smaller 5x5 and 5x10 units are inside on the ground floor. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Marybel and Chris get named for being friendly, patient and clear about the process. One person called it easy and quick, with the anxiety about renting gone by the end. Another praised the on-site manager for remembering their family's needs and walking them through unit options. A few mention thorough explanations and a clean bathroom. It is not all praise. One reviewer said their unit was broken into and complained there were no cameras in the hallways. Management was helpful afterward, they wrote, but the belongings were gone. Worth knowing before you book. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and eRental lets you skip the counter on move-in day.
