About Public Storage
Public Storage on your side of Miami runs a big operation. RV owners pull in for covered, indoor, or outdoor spots, plus boat storage if you need it. The gate is electronic and the lot is lit, with keypad access. They also have an on-site manager and a self storage app if you like handling things from your phone. The reviews mostly talk about the staff. Rose and Vee come up a lot, and people say they are kind and helpful. One reviewer mentioned Rose reopened the office after hours to help with a first rental. Another said the team adjusted their unit size after seeing photos of their furniture. You can rent online and skip the counter. Online rental is available, and reservations are free with no commitment. The facility is open 24/7, though the office has set hours. If you want a human, call ahead.
