About Public Storage
Public Storage on Baseline in Mesa takes RVs, boats and cars as well as regular household goods. They have covered, indoor and outdoor spots, a gated lot with keypad entry, and access around the clock. A site manager is on hand. Reviewers here mostly talk about the staff. Rebecca comes up again and again, described as knowledgeable and patient, and one renter said she picked the right unit size just from hearing what they had. Dave got a mention too, for working through his lunch to get someone moved in. A lot of reviews say the people are helpful and informative. The rating sits at 4.9 across 657 reviews, which is high for storage. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about payment timing and late fees stacking up. Worth reading a few yourself before you sign. Reserving online is free, and there is an eRental option if you want to skip the counter.
