About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on South Front Street in Memphis, and the reviews keep circling back to one person: property manager Bernice. People describe her as helpful, straight to the point, and on top of things. One reviewer said she got them moved in the same day they stopped by. The place offers 24/7 access, and the office and grounds get called clean and safe more than once. Unit sizes listed include 5x10, 10x10 and 10x30. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and there's an eRental option if you want to skip the counter. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking are available. It's a 4.9 rating across 190 Google reviews, with location and staff showing up most in the feedback. A few reviewers noted small building quirks, like door heights and a wider ramp would help, but they still say the manager made the stay worth it.

What renters mention
“Nice facility, convenient, safe and clean...There are a few modications to the bldg. itself that could assist me further for a long-term stay (taller door openings, A/C coverage at front facade, wider ramp) but to say the least... Ms.” – Deidra S., Edited 5 years ago, on Google
“This is absolutely a wonderful location. And the attendant Ms.Bernice always manages to put a smile on my face. When I first moved to Memphis I was skeptical about where I should store my belongings until I found myself stable housing.” – John D., 6 years ago, on Google
“Bernice is a very friendly, competent, and responsive person. Each time I come in, she greets me with professionalism and kindness. She expeditiously and diligently works to review, research, and resolve any misunderstandings.” – Delisa P., 6 years ago, on Google
