About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in McKinney and handles more than just household overflow. The listings include RV, boat and car storage, and the property is gated with keypad entry so you can get in around the clock. Covered, indoor and outdoor spots all come up in the options, so you can pick what fits your rig. Reviews land at 4.8 across 535 Google ratings, and the names that keep showing up are Rachel and Crystal. People describe them as patient and knowledgeable, walking customers around to see unit sizes before signing anything. Reviewers also mention quick setup, a clean property, and units that felt safe once they were inside. One recent move-in noted the flatbed trolleys made hauling stuff easier. It is not all smooth. A couple of reviewers hit snags with call-center support after the location changed hands, and one flagged elevators out of service on the upper floors. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you commit. The facility is wheelchair accessible, and the company says reserving a space online is free with no commitment.
