About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Manassas and offers both indoor and outdoor units, including drive-up access on some ground-floor spaces. Renters describe the office as clean and the rental process as quick, with several singling out Brian and Brayan for walking them through setup and finding a unit next to their parking space. Reviewers also call the staff calm and patient when questions come up. A few things to know before you book. The elevator comes up in reviews, both when it works and when it does not, so ask about it if you are planning an upper-floor unit. Some renters also mention fees and rate increases. Access is 24/7, and the site is wheelchair accessible, with an entrance and parking lot that work for anyone with mobility needs. Reservations can be made online, and you can skip the counter and go straight to your unit. If you want details on unit sizes, call ahead once.
