About Public Storage
On Route 1 in Lynn, this Public Storage handles more than just household goods. The listings include indoor, covered and outdoor spots, and boat, car and RV storage sit alongside regular self-storage units, so a rig has somewhere to go besides the street. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Vivian, the property manager, gets named again and again for walking people through rentals with patience, and Victor drew praise for helping a longtime customer sort out a pile of issues in one visit. One reviewer said the place is priced lower than options nearer Boston, though they also noted it can be hard to reach the manager and that carts are sometimes locked up, so bring your own dolly if you can. Drive-up access is gated and keypad-controlled, with access around the clock. Some reviewers mention renovations and construction going on. Book online through eRental if you want to skip the counter.
